i have a question: when you want become to translator u have to control in english as you control in mother tongue?

Well I'm not sure about what the qualifications are, but I'm pretty damn sure you'll have to be able to speak it pretty good.

Obviously you need to know both languages fine enough in order to translate in an understandable way
Also if you translate from hearing and not from a text, it's probably enough to just understand the language.
