Haxies don't work.
Sometimes the menu bar gets a couple of artifacts on it, particularly when switching Spaces.
Dock icons refresh much slower than in Tiger (every few seconds), making icons like Adium and Transmission less impressive.
EVERYTHING running must be in the dock, even if (like Quicksilver) the app Preferences include a "Hide from Dock" option.
Qhen going into fullscreen, Quicktime leaves a small gap at the top of the screen, so you can see about 5 pixels of desktop. Exit fullscreen and enter again, and the gap will get larger. You must relaunch Quicktime to get the gap back down to about 5 pixels (this is the bug that annoys me most)
The battery indicator (how long you have left) is a bit dodgy, it always says I have a 2 hour battery life whereas I can squeeze 4 out of it.
