if you didn’t receive a second confirmation for your prize that you redeemed in
November, there are a few factors that may have contributed:
-We asked for a forwarded copy of the receipt. If you copy and pasted the order
receipt, your order was not processed.
-We set up a system where we looked solely for the forwarded receipts, so if
you changed the wording, or the subject title then your order receipt was not
processed.
- If you emailed teri@lockerz.com your receipt in question past the deadline of
12/2/09, your order was not processed.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but just remember that we are still a beta
site. We’re constantly working to make Lockerz better and better for our
members. We appreciate your support and your help in making Lockerz the best
site it can be!
