This diagnostics suite was updated again and added to the ASD archives 08-Mar-2013 and I suspect replaces the previous AST OS 3 that was released 23-Jun-2011

Requirements I would suspect are Macs that are compatible with 10.6.7

Original disk images from Apple;
AST_OS_8_Install.001.dmg
AST_OS_8_Install.002.dmg
AST_OS_8_Install.003.dmg

This diagnostics suite was updated again and added to the ASD archives 08-Mar-2013 and I suspect replaces the previous AST OS 5 that was released 24-Oct-2011

Requirements I would suspect are newer 64 bit Macs that are compatible with 10.7.2

Original disk images from Apple;
AST_OS_9_Install.001.dmg
AST_OS_9_Install.002.dmg
AST_OS_9_Install.003.dmg
