TD is happy to announce the start of the Christmas Ratio Building Weekend to our great members in appreciation for all their support!

Starting Friday until Sunday, Torrent Damage will be holding a ratio building weekend! This means downloading (leeching) will not count towards ratio but uploading (seeding) will!

This is a terrific opportunity for people with a low ratio to build it up and for others with slow speeds, to get some of the files they normally may not be able to.

Make sure you are connectable or downloading will count against your ratio!

Being connectable will allow you to enjoy better ratio and better sharing!

For those who are not connectable please be sure to read the FAQ section "Why does it say that I am not connectable? (And why should I care?)". The guide Here may also help you forward your ports.

Anyone that has Legitimate reasons why they cannot get connectable please contact a Moderator or Admin via PM (NOT the SYSOP!) or IRC to submit a petition to disable your wait times. Please give the reason(s) why you cannot get connectable but be sure to make an effort to become connectable before you go this route!

Please keep in mind we will be watching for hit and runners
"Hit and runners" means people who snatch a file and once it is done they close their client and do not seed back. You must seed to a 1:1 ratio or 72 hours even on this Ratio Building Weekend.

This should be a very fun weekend with lots of opportunity for sharing some great files.

It takes a second to click the "Thanks" button to show your appreciation for their hard work and bandwidth. A nice comment is also a good way to show appreciation. Whatever way you choose to do it, a "Thanks" along with seeding back is the least you can do in return for some great sharing!
