יש לי 2.5 מגה מהירות זה אומר המקסימום 330

מערכת ההפעלה לא קשורה למהירות חיבור.
ממליץ לברר מול הספק.
יש בעיה ברפשיד אם תוריד בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות תקבל מהירות טובה..
תכול לבדוק ספיורים..
תוריד דרך TL או אתר טורנטים אחר, אם זה מכל המקורות מוריד לך במהירות דומה, תבדוק ספוויר ותדבר עם ספקית האיטנרנט בכל מקרה אין קשר למה שאתה מוריד זאת בעיית חיבור/מקור הורדה.
לא קשור למערכת ההפעלה, תקשר לספק לדעתי זאת בעיה איזורית של הספק, גם לי זה היה לפני יומיים..

אבל יכול ליהיות שאם הוא התקין את הויסטה המחשב שלו לא מותאם למערכת הפעלה !
תגיד עם ווינדוס xp זה גם היה מוריד לאט??

Well, Vista is full of unrequired features and services, BITS services, network daemons and so on.
We can't tell for sure until he runs the speed test.
There is no point trying to contact the ISP, they will tell him to do the same thing.

That's a header libary for working with BITS if you want to implement it into your C/C++/C# application.
The Windows BITS service is up and running by default on Windows NT 4.0 - Vista.

and didn't use google, i got that from my msdn account
and anyways. it dosnt matter. windows depends on other applications and services and programs to have effect on broadband speed.
