באתרים מסוימים פתאום מופיעה לכם הודעת שגיאה "סגור" ? איך ניתן לפתור את הבעיה?
פתרון ראשון: נסו להתקין מחדש את אינטרנט אקספלורר דרך הקישור הבא:

במידה וזה לא עוזר -
פתרון שני: תתקינו את התוכנה הזו:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/utils/IEFix.zip
שמסדרת בעיות באיטרנט אקספלורר.
במידה וגם זה לא עוזר -
פתרון שלישי: תורידו את התוכנה Ad Aware SE Personal
לאחר הורדת התוכנה תעדכנו אתה ותעשו סריקת נגד תוכנות ריגול על המחשב, עדיף שתפעילו את המחשב ב"מצב בטוח" ורק אז תפעילו את התוכנה, כיון שתוכנות ריגול נמחקות לגמרי במצב בטוח .
ג. כנסו לתקייה:
C:\WINDOWS\inf
על מנת להיכנס לתקייה יש לאפשר הצגת קבצים מוסתרים
אחרי שנכנסתם לתקייה, תחפשו את הקובץ "ie.inf", אחרי שתמצאו, תלחצו עליו לחצן ימני, תלחצו על "התקן", עכשיו תהליך התקנה מחדש יתחיל, אם הוא יבקש את הדיסק של XP, תכניס אותו לכונן ותלחצו "אישור".
בסיום התהליך תפעילו את המחשב מחדש.

לפני כל זה, נסה פעולה פשוטה זו:
כלים->אפשרויות אינטרנט->לשונית מתקדם->קטגוריה בשם גלישה או דפדפוף->חפש סעיף בשם אפשר הרחבות דפדפן של יצרנים אחרים->הורד משם את V. החל ואישור. סגור את הדפדפן ונסה שוב.
כמו כן כנס לניהול ההרחבות וחפש את ההרחבה שמופיעה בשגיאה שלך וכבה אותה
טוב זה לא עוזר...אפילו החזקרתי ל ie6 ןעדיין אותה בעיה :/
