As you all can see i can't use Hebrow tried everything from installing the "right-to-left" option on the lang' manu.
nothing works I even tried another OS.

כנס ללוח בקרה > אפשרויות איזור ושפה > כנס ללשונית האמצעית (שפות) וסמן שם את ה v הראשון וזה יבקש דיסק של וינדוס
אחרי שהתקנתה את זה כנס לאותו המקום וכנס לפרטים ותעשה הוסף שפה וחפש עיברית-זה יתאים לך את המקלדת לעיברית
ואז פשוט תעשה שם איזה סבב ותתאים הכול לעיברית ולישראל

just can't find a heb keyboard. got heb scripts but not keyboard.
