The bottom line is, if you really wanna learn English, and not in the tea drunkers way, go for like 5 months (Dept. of state visa B1\B2 progrem not allowed you to stay in the USA borderline more then 5 months) in NY (Best time is summer while hot and not frozen) or L.A, which got the best chicks in the whole world and extremely unbelievable good weather.

If you want, you may stay in my place at Chicago, IL. or New York city, NY. or L.A., CA. There is one more at Miami but I sure your'e not interesting in Flordia

Any ways the best way to learn to speak english (i'm not talking about writing because thats harder) is to spend some time in an english speaking country like you said..

Just for the record, USA don't have national language.
The Americans invited the "F" word.. so, I think they should have some respect.
Most countries speaks and write in American English.. they don't write "Centre" but "Center". they don't says Z as "Zad" but "Zee"...

The catch is, the learning time limit. While you stay in the UK, you don't have time limit. But in the US, you have time limit. Time limit of 5 month "thanks" to the B1\B2 visa progrem and special thanks to all the Isreali people..

The funny thing is that if I`ll visit the Stats and say "Give me some fanny fun" I will be concider as gay or fudge packer (etc.).
