Hi there. This is B'Coz from the Lockerz crew. This is a bulk response going
out to everyone emailing us about their redeemed Paypal gifts. If your question
or problem requires some individual attention, simply reply back to this email
and we'll look into your case.
If you redeemed a Paypal gift in February, not everyone that redeemed Paypal
gifts have received their confirmations yet. Your Paypal orders are currently
being processed and you should have your confirmation soon. Some members might
have already received an email from
prizes@lockerz.com, signed by Jack,
confirming your Paypal redemption. This is a legitimate confirmation that you
successfully redeemed! If you redeemed a Paypal gift in January, all Paypal
gifts have been deposited into member accounts by now. Reply back if you still
can't access your funds. Your Paypal deposit would have been sent to the email
tied to your Lockerz account. Your funds have to be sent to the email address
that you redeemed through. You will receive an email stating that we have sent
funds to you. Click the link for claiming your payment. If you have a Paypal
account, it will lead you to log in. We understand that some members might have
a Paypal account that is not the same as their Lockerz email. If this applies
to you, you should be able to link your Lockerz email address to that account
at
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc..._profile-email . Please note that
you have to be logged into your PayPal account to access this page. Simply
click "Add" on the bottom right and then verify your email address. This should
allow you to receive our deposit in your primary account. If this doesn't work,
for instance, if your Lockerz email address is blocked by Paypal, message me
back here. But please try as this seems to be working for most members. If you
do NOT have a Paypal account, here are the instructions for creating one:
Register at
http://www.paypal.com with the email address associated with your
Lockerz account. Add your info and hit "Agree." It will ask you how you want to
pay for your purchases. You DO NOT have to add a bank account or credit card.
Simply hit "Go To My Account." You should see your funds there. And you can
spend your funds at any online retailer that takes Paypal. For our members that
are under the age of 18, you should be able to create a Teen PayPal account
that will allow you to access your funds -- it doesn't require a credit card or
anything like that. Let me know if you have any other questions or problems.
