Installing the Russian language :
Press Win + R
In the window that appears, prescribes "lpksetup" and click " OK "
A window "Add / Remove Language" . In it , click " Set Language" , specify the path to the lp 64 8 ru.cab ( in the archive ) and click " Next"
We are waiting for the end of the installation.
Go to the Control Panel- > Clock , Language and Region -> Regional Settings - > Advanced- > Copy Options and put a tick in the parameters below.
Go to Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Language \ Options and then select the language of the system
Everything. Windows 8 is fully translated !
