Installing Russian , Ukrainian and German languages:
- Press Win + R
- In the window that appears prescribes lpksetup and click OK
- The window Add / Remove Language . In it , click the Set Language
- Specify the path to the file :
for x86
lp_ru-ru_x86.cab or lp_uk-ua_x86.cab or lp_de-de_x86.cab ( in the archive )
for x64
lp_ru-ru_x64.cab or lp_uk-ua_x64.cab or lp_de-de_x64.cab ( in the archive )
- Click Next
- Wait for the end of installation.
- Go to Control Panel All Control Panel Items Language Options and then select the language system
- Go to Control Panel- > Clock , Language and Region -> Regional Options -> Advanced -> Copy Options and put a tick in the parameters below.
- Restart the computer. Everything. Windows 8.1 is fully translated !
