NEW! In-place TEXT editing
CorelCAD now enables text editing right on the screen instead of using a separate dialog for editing text in CAD drawings. This functionality mimics text editing in CorelDRAW and other graphics software applications. With in-place editing, you can modify the definitions of Components, which are Block definitions or referenced drawings in the current drawing known as Elements. For efficiency, the Component instances in the drawing show the changes in real time.

NEW! ExplodeX command
The ExplodeX command will convert Ellipses and Splines into Polylines. This command is particularly beneficial in preparing drawings to export to other software applications or devices that don’t support Ellipses or Splines, such as legacy engraving devices. Additionally, you can choose the Explode command to explode other complex entities like Blocks.

VSTA (Microsoft® Visual Studio Tools for Applications) improvements
The VSTA Manager toolbar allows you to record, edit and run VSTA macros, which enable you to perform repetitive tasks and automate command sequences. Best of all, you don’t need programming experience to use macros!
