If you like Alan Weiss, you most likely will enjoy the work of Maister. The only difference is Maister's clients are coming from the classic consulting and communication firms. His book "The Trusted Advisor" (also available on TV) has endorsements of Carl Stern (CEO of Boston Consulting Group), James E. Copeland Jr. (CEO of Deloitte & Touche) and William F. Stasior (former CEO of Booz-Allen & Hamilton).


In these videos he gives short introduction to consulting related topics followed by a live recording of one of his presentations. The quality is not really that great; on the other hand therefore the total playing time comes to about 3 hours.
