-Uninstall previous version
-Download and install Waves_Complete_V9r17.dmg from Waves web
(install these bundles Mercury ,SSL 4000 Collection,GTR solo,Metafilter,Reel ADT,Waves tune LT)
-Delete Waves folder from Applications

1.Copy all [k'] files to default Dir.
Applications -> /Applications/ * [Copy Waves folder to Applications] *
Plugins -> Plugins Dir (AU/VST/VST3/RTAS)
2.Repair permission your computer
3.Restart your computer
4.Empty Trash
5.Run Waves AU Reg Utility 9.2.app
6.Enjoy
