OK a whole crap ton of fixing later we have 11.4. Also fixed the ei.cfg not being included along with the winhex shortcut not being present. Then went on to finish the scripting overhaul I started in 11.3. This will give a much more mod friendly environment. Also dug up some more cracking tools to put into the release guys. Also further good news there is now a shortcut to a slim manual for the pack as well as the change log and Feature lists file . These can be opened with wordpad for those who do not get Office. They are meant to educate people on how the software packing works and for the modding people. Enjoy.

Theme Settings: We have a total of 10 wallpapers now that switch every 30 minutes by default. You can change them if you wish as they are just the wallpapers I like lol.

Step 1: Extract Image with 7zip 9.32
Step 2: Install on Physical or Virtual Machine
Step 3: Let it install through do not give it a Product key. (aka no touchy)
Step 4: It will boot up and continue Program Install as well as Shortcut creation and Registry Mods. Then restart and be ready to be used. (Still no touchy)
Step 5: Once all of this is done it will be finished and boot up to a nicer Wallpaper.
Step 6: Enjoy.
