The weekly training doesn't need to be super long, just long enough to give them the steps that they must follow that week in your email coaching program.

The power of using a micro-continuity program like this is that people aren't signing up forever. They know that it's a 10 week, or a 30 week program, and after the weeks are over, then they will stop being billed. So because they see a light at the end of the tunnel, your attrition rate will decrease. You can also give away a big carrot (free DVD, book or other bribe) at the end of the program that will help keep them around.

Another benefit is that because you are delivering the content weekly, you have the ability to charge differently. Instead of $40 a month, you could charge $9.97 a week. So there will be much smaller charges on your customer's credit cards that will keep them paying you longer.

And the biggest benefit, I believe, is the fact that you can launch your site even if you only have one week's worth of content ready. Then it gives you seven days until you have to have the second week created - and that will give you seven more days before your next week is due. But the best part is, after you've created each week you never have to create content again! You just focus on marketing and your autoresponder will deliver all of the content for you while you sleep!
