To setup you'll need VMware. I recommend VMware workstation 10.3 ( the keygen from here use that with the 10.3 trial from VMware).


Copy the OS X Mavericks folder to your virtual machine folder selected in VMware preferences.
In VMware select open a virtual machine, and select the OS X Mavericks VM
Run the unlocker and install files (run as admin) to copy needed Darwin files.
Run VM and configure OS X settings.

The VM is in an installed state, just before personalization (account, time zone, etc). I suggest increasing the RAM and CPU.
