INSTRUCTIONS
1. uninstall wbbeta2(3) or delete all files in WB folder.
2. extract all content from "DB-WB50.rar" to WB folder.
3. double click "wisepost.exe"
4. restart.
5. choose skin
6. activate WB by using key (you should have "Stardock Central" installed before doing this step).
