StartIsBack++ is the all-new StartIsBack version for Windows 10.

  1. - StartIsBack++ requires Windows 10 RTM build. As there is no such thing yet,
    it will work with build 10147. It should work with earlier builds as well, but they're buggier;
  2. - Some settings may not work;
  3. - DWM blur may have display artifacts.
