fixed a bug which caused corruption w/Plugins, Javascript, and Generator if Photoshop is moved, or Operating System changed.
settings have been moved back into ..\Data\settings\*.* (settings are not architecture specific, it was due to this bug)
Fixed Adobe Flash cleanup.
Fixed Installer: previously, extraction was unreliable during upgrades. ie. if only Photoshop is selected and Photoshop64 is already present, Photoshop64 was not removed, etc.
