Open the folder "C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc", find the file "hosts", copy somewhere, open using wordpad and extending to the end:
127.0.0.1 tools.avanquest.com
127.0.0.1 aims.avanquest.com
Save the file and replace the existing "hosts" with the "hosts" modified in the folder "C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc"
