You need to patch a small file named uxtheme.dll in Windows XP in order to load unsigned themes and visual styles. There are 2 ways to do this:
1.Use a theme manager program that patches your uxtheme.dll file automatically. recommend styleXP from TGT Soft. (http://tgtsoft.com/index.php?ref=hamesh) <<18 mb one>>
2.Use a stand-alone patcher. Try the free Multi-Patcher.I used this one
