BUGFIX:

- apostrophe ' would be diplayed as " in the textblock below the preview window when the Annotation Form was open.
- under some circumstances, a sub category on level 4 could become a main category if it's parent sub-category was not checked.
- a sub-category on level 3 could be unchecked even if a child-category already was checked.
- if you defined a query, saved it, and then clicked in the search-button you would get en SQLITE[1] error.
- fixed a bug that could cause the program to stop building thumbnails after the photos had been added. This could happen if you extracted date from EXIF meta data.
