I'm speking and writing as long as my minde goes
like im flouding LOL(זורם)
and its not raite sometimes
someone can help me plz?
this shit fucked me up in the test

anyway, let me correct some of your mistakes:

"im speaking and writing as long as my mind goes"
you translated from hebrew, and it doesnt sound really good in english, try something like:
"im speaking and writing as i see fit" or something like that.

"flouding" - such a word does not exist, and anyway, were you trying to say something like:
"im going with the flow"?

"and its not raite sometimes" - you should write:
"and sometimes it's not right"
or even better, "wrong"

" someone can help me plz?" - you should use:
"can someone help me please?"

" -3 points on evry mostake" should have been:
"-3 points on every mistake"

Well I don't really know how to explain it, because... just like you said, I'm going with the flow.
I'm not obeying any rules, I just... write.
But since you did ask us to correct your mistakes, I would rephrase your post, to something like this:
"Every mistake I made was a typo, I'm typing pretty fast..."
"And thanks, these are my mistakes (i.e. "someone can" instead of "can someone")".
