הביאו לי מדריך איך לשים סקינים לויסטה כי אצלי היה משהו לא טוב,
הנה הוא:

You have to patch 3 files on order to get it working.
Those three files are uxtheme.dll, shsvcs.dll and themeui.dll

1. Login as a user with Administrative privileges
2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32
3. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
4. Take ownership of the file and close dialogs.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll
6. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
7. Give yourself (or group) Full Control permissions and close dialogs.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll.
9. Rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old.
10. Rename themeui.dll to themeui.old.
11. Rename shsvcs.dll to shsvcs.old.
12. Copy patched files into C:\Windows\System32
13. Reboot (yes, this is really required)

לא הבנתי את חלק 4 מה אני אמור לעשות שם?

1.Right-click the folder that you want to take ownership of, and then click Properties > Security > OK > Advanced >Owner >Name, click Administrator if you are logged in as Administrator, or click the Administrators group > OK > Yes when you receive the following message:

You do not have permission to read the contents of directory folder name. Do you want to replace the directory permissions with permissions granting you Full Control?

All permissions will be replaced if you press Yes.
