If you followed our instructions properly when forwardingyour no number or wrong product receipt to teri@lockerz.com, you should havereceived either a second confirmation or an update on the status of yourredemption by midnight on Tuesday December 15th.If you didn't receive an email, chances are there was a problem with your emailto Teri. Either you sent your receipt after the December 2nd at 6:00 PM ESTdeadline, you copy and pasted your receipt into a new email rather thanforwarding us the original receipt as instructed, or you altered the subject ofyour forwarded receipt. All forwarded receipts had to either read as OrderReceipt or FWD: Order Receipt...nothing else.
