Thanks for participating in our January redemption! We're very
excited about this redemption-
we had incredible site stability, and we took our members' feedback
into consideration by adding
a weekend restock and more e-gifts (like Paypal) for our international users.
I will respond to your question individually if it is not answered
here. Here's a quick answer to some questions, as I get a tremendous
amount of mail right after redemption, and I want to be sure you get a
fast response.
"I redeemed a prize, but my PTZ didn't deduct and I didn't receive a reciept!"
Don't worry--this is normal. The PTZ deduction and order confirmation
are on a delay.
"Things were fresh out and I didn't get to redeem the prize I wanted."
Redemptions are very popular, and many items run out quickly,
particularly the games and electronics. We know you must be bummed
out if you didn't get the prize you wanted, but remember--PTZ are good
for a year after you earn them, so there will be many more chances to
use them.
"Is there a second wave?"
No. As we announced earlier this week, there will only be one wave.
