OS is untouched and untweaked, but can choose what to tweak among huge collection of registry tweaks from desktop after Setup finishes. I recommend also to go in Control Panel (set view in classic look with small or big icons) - look for icon "services and devices" and first disable services: Fax, Windows Defender, Windows search, Remote Registry to gain in speed. Also in Control Panel-Indexing options - modify, unmark indexing offline files.
