I think that I'm ready to lead this faction because I'll invest this server.
I can play a lot of hours in a day. And of course because of my great RP and English.
I was a leader of the police in more servers, and I managed it very well
I have many experience in the police management, also in Role-Play because I am playing a lot in RP servers..

Life Story (about 15 lines min)
We were the poor family in the hood, our life were the worst life that any human can live.
We had no money no property and we lived in a small house, Five souls. Could you think how hard it can be?
I was the big brother. I have a little brother and a little sister. My sister was a whore because she needed to earn some money for geting food. My brother just stole everyday with his frirends.
I even not think about steeling and robbing. I just invested of my studies.
-At 2008-
After I've learned so hard, and invested. Finally I see results. The police department of San Fierro has accepted me as an officer.
During this time my little brother has sent to a jail, my father died, and my mother live with my sister.
Every month I'm sending some cash to my mother that she'll buy food for her and for my sister.
-At 2010-
At this time my brother still at jail, he has some more good years in there.
I have been promoted to the chief of San Fierro. My mother is so proud me also my sister.
Of course that now my paycheck is great, and I can support my mother and sister, any time they want to.
I wish to become the chief of Los Santos police, I think I earned a lot of experience and I'm ready to control the big city(Los Santos)

Powergaming means using game bugs or impossible commands IC.
Example: Someone hits your leg with any kind of weapon. Apparently, you wont start running like everything good....
A powergamer is a player who tries to force others to participate in role-playing they don't want to engage in.
Example: Tom is walking in the streets. Sudenly, "Someone" jumps from the tree and yells "Tom, give me million dollars or you are dead!"
Tom: "But I don't have that amount of money"
"Someone" kills Tom.
Explenation:
Someone is forcing Tom to have a million dollars... He is threating him on his life without being sure he actually has that amount of money.
DM?
Deathmatching means killing people without a good roleplay reason.
You can't kill people when you want to, if you are bored so log-out from the server and connect to DM server.
Proviking:
If you are bored and you looking what to do. So for example you see an officer and spit on him with out a reason, just because you want that he will chase after you.

Revenge Killing is when you kill in order to revenge.
If someone robs you and kills you, apparently you won't remember who he is.
BH
Bunny Hop, means that you are jumping by pressing "SHIFT" and it is faster in the game.
But in real life you can't jump like this, and clearly that it won't be faster than running.
BA
Bug Abuse. means that using bugs in the server.
For example: If I fill a fuel for my vehicle, and the fuel won't take me money so it's a bug? right?
Immediately you need to report this bug on the forums, and not use it because its good for you.
