Short Review:
Samorost 2 follows the adventures of a little fellow – a gnome, wearing white pajamas and a nightcap. The gnome lives on an asteroid with a misty green lawn, a medieval style stone tower and fruit trees. Oh, and he owns a dog.
One day, blue creatures from a neighboring asteroid show up in a space ship. They harvest the gnome’s fruit (without asking permission). Then, as a bonus acquisition, they steal his dog too.
Samorost 2 is a sequel to the original Samorost, an online Flash game created by Jakub Dvorsky. Hosted on a server sponsored by friends of the developer, Samorost was downloaded by so many people that the server crashed. By now the original game has been downloaded millions of times and has achieved cult status.

Emergency 4 boasts a rich mix of gripping real-time strategy game and true-to-life simulation. The player becomes head of operations in a fictional rescue and catastrophe management organisation, in command of a number of vehicles and staff from the fire department, medical rescue, police and technical services. For the first time in the history of the Emergency series, all campaign missions are embedded into one continuous game set in a real town with a sheer infinite number of side-operations and tasks, so linking the various missions together. The player has to manage money as well as setting the right pre-requisites for upcoming missions. The player has to react to a variety of events, developing dynamically 24/7, set against a background of continuous day/night changes and constantly varying weather conditions

Anno 1404, known as Dawn of Discovery in North America, is a real-time strategy and city-building game. It was developed by Related Designs and Blue Byte and is published by Ubisoft. Anno 1404 is the sequel to Anno 1701 and is the latest installment in the Anno series.
As with other Anno games, the player, at the will of their unnamed country of origin, creates and manages their fief aside AI players. The player must colonize islands, plan settlements, set up factories and farms to meet their citizens needs, enter diplomatic relationships with AI players, and engage in naval and ground combat with others.
Trade is an essential element of forward progress. Occidental populations can not grow past a certain level of success without Spice, and later Quartz, that can only be generated in Oriental lands. Although populations generate taxable income, it is difficult to generate enough gold to make meaningful capital investments without extensive trading. This is simplified by an automatic trading process that allows an island to make resources available to visiting merchant ships.
As the player progresses through the game, they gain access to naval vessels and troops which allow them to invade and ultimately to defeat other players. Anno 1404 features an updated interface, bigger islands and worlds to explore, a sandbox mode and other features new to the Anno series.
