פתחתי את האשכול הזה בגלל שהם לא שינו את הסטטוס עכשיו הם שלחו לי מכתב שהמוצר נשלח ב 6 באפריל אבל באתר עדיין יש את אותו הסטטוס, והכי באסה שאין מספר מעקב..., עכשיו השאלה למה לא משתנה לי הסטטוס באתר זה מעצבן אותי

עכשיו גם לא הבנתי מה הם רשמו לי בסוף המכתב...
