Well since people were trying to sell this and it seemed a few people wanted it, here ya go.

This is just the basic site.. No scripts were added.

You can log in, but I did not create a user control panel.
If you would like to request the scripts I have made from Sublime Engine, I will send you encrypted scripts designated for your server.

Site was coded with simple PHP, HTML, and CSS3. It was coded for optimization of loadtime, while trying to keep the design image in tact.

All Forms and Buttons were made in CSS3 instead of using sliced images.

If you need any fixes, or scripts just post/message. I don't give out unencrypted scripts anymore
