In AutoCAD Plant 3D integrated AutoCAD P & ID, which allows you to reconcile data circuits and three-dimensional models. Prompt receipt of two-dimensional and isometric drawings and other documents, convenient system access and management can increase productivity and improve accuracy of design.

For 32-bit version of AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013:
- Operating system Microsoft ® Windows ® 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional or Home Premium; either Microsoft ® Windows ® XP Professional or Home edition (Service Pack SP3)
- For Windows 7: Dual-Core Intel ® Pentium ® 4 or AMD Athlon ® with 3 GHz or higher, supports SSE2. For Windows XP: Dual Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon processor with a clock speed of 1.6 GHz or higher with SSE2 technology
- 2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended)
- 8 GB of hard disk space for installation
- Support for screen resolution 1024 x 768 mode and «true color»
- Browser Microsoft ® Internet Explorer ® 7.0 or later
For the 64-bit version of AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013:
- Operating system Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional or Home Premium; either Microsoft Windows XP Professional (Service Pack SP2)
- Processor AMD Athlon 64, AMD Opteron ®, Intel ® Xeon ® with support for Intel EM64T, or Intel Pentium 4 processor supporting Intel EM64T (all - with support for SSE2)
- 2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended)
- 8.5 GB of hard disk space for installation
- Support for screen resolution 1024 x 768 mode and «true color»
- Browser Internet Explorer 7.0 or later
- Install a DVD or by downloading
Additional requirements for 3D-modeling:
- Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon processor with a clock frequency of 3 GHz or higher, or dual-core Intel or AMD 2 GHz or higher
- At least 2 GB of RAM
- Additional 2 GB hard drive, in addition to free space required for installation.
- Video class workstation with memory of at least 128 MB, supports screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 mode «true color», Pixel Shader 3.0 and Microsoft ® Direct3D ®
