Final Cut Express 4 - the new version of the popular video editing applications, which occupies a niche somewhere between iMovie and Final Cut Pro.

According to an official press release, Final Cut Express 4 now supports the latest camera AVCHD, allows for a project to use the content in SD and HD, import iMovie '08 projects and is fully compatible with the plug-ins ***lug, which means hundreds of new cinematic effects and filters quality.

"For more than a million video editors chose Final Cut platform to work on their projects," said Rob Staples (Rob Schoeben), Apple's vice president of marketing applications. "With the launch of Final Cut Express 4 to join the fast-growing community of Final Cut editors got easier."
