Delcam PowerINSPECT is a Windows program for inspection and reverse engineering, providing the tools necessary to rapidly inspect complex 3D parts and generate CAD-to-part comparisons.


The PowerINSPECT package features real-time graphic display with an easy-to-use interface. The software provides the ability to make section cuts and generate 3D curves for export. In addition, all geometric shapes (lines, curves, circles, cones, cylinders, etc.) can be created and exported.

Additional Features Include:

new expanded GD&T capability includes true position, perpendicularity, angularity, parallelism and concentricity
"wizard" style user interface, to easily guide the operator through the process
on-screen feedback and color-coded graphics allow immediate validation for each measured point
automatically generates fully-customized Excel reports
