DHS students to use show Local News The CommercialN't i secret that Danville University has talent, counting the kind of Dick and Jerry Van Dyke, Gene Hackman, Bobby Short and Donald O as former alumni.Alana Tinsley, DHS health teacher, said the talent and variety show also functions as the annual fundraiser for three organizations which are presenting and sponsoring the show YTeens, Human Relations Club and Minority Teacher Education Association.kids are looking towards the show while it homecoming week that's why it provides something extra to try, she said.DHS students auditioned Sept. 1920 for the i'm all over this the show roster.Tinsley said others students used than the 40 students who have been selected to function in 32 acts through show.made everyone singers and we also could have a many types of acts, she said in the process.One student who managed to get it within the audition phase and may perform through the show is sophomore Amon Fuller. He and fellow sophomore Caleb Hall will perform by Far East Movement.
