חמישה ימים לפני השקת המשחק הגדול של השנה, GTA V, החליטה חברת 'בוהמיה אינטרקטיב' לשחרר את משחק הסימולציה הצבאית שלה 'ארמא 3'. ברור שהחברה לא מכוונת לקהל של GTA, אבל צריך קצת אומץ לשחרר את הכותר השלישי שלה בתזמון שכזה.
באתר הבית של החברה החלה הספירה לאחור לתאריך השחרור למשחק שנמצא כבר בשלב הבטא, אחרי ששלב האלפאעבר בשלום. ב-10 לאוגוסט (מחר) החברה תחשוף מבט חטוף על סקירה מקדימה שלה למשחק, בערוץ הרשמי של המשחק בטוויץ' TV למרות שיוטיוב כבר גדוש בסרטוני משחקיות.
החברה הודיעה לפני כמה כמה חודשים כי המשחק ישוחרר בלעדית דרך סטים, אז לכל מי שמחכה למשחק, בחודש הבא תוכלו כבר להתחיל לרוץ בג'אבלאות של עולם המשחק.
