Hey there! This is B-Coz from the Lockerz crew. I'm sending this bulk response
to all of you that have replied to our "Update your settings to receive your
Z-List t-shirt" email. I'm still reading through each of your emails, but given
the February 8th deadline for you to update your settings, I didn't want any of
you freaking out if you didn't hear back from us right away. If you replied
back to the settings email with another question or problem, please just
respond back to this email with your question and I'll get back to you as soon
as possible!
If you've successfully updated your settings, you should receive a shipping
confirmation sometime in the next 7-14 days. Reply back to this email if you're
still without your shipping confirmation three weeks from now - I'll check out
your shirt's status then.
Once you get your shipping confirmation, if you're in the U.S., it can take
7-10 days to receive your shirt. Our international members should have their
tee within 3-4 weeks of receiving their confirmation.
If you're still unsure of how to update your address per our instructions,
here's some additional tips. You are updating your account settings in the My
Account section of Lockerz. We need your full name, shipping address (house
number and street name), gender, and t-shirt size.
Line 1 of your street address can hold 30 characters - if your address is
longer than that, or if you have an apartment number,
add it to line 2. You can enter this address exactly how you usually do in your
country.
If you're outside the U.S. or Canada, we DEFINITELY need your phone number to
ship a t-shirt to you as it's required by our shipping company. If you're
having difficulties with your phone number saving, please try adding your
country's international calling code to the beginning of your phone number. You
can find your country's code at
http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/countrylist.php
Please use standard English letters. "Ë" should be "E," and "à" should be "a."
Be sure to select your Country in the drop down menu.
If you live in United States, Brazil, Argentina, India, Austria, China,
Germany, Canada:
Please put your state or province abbreviation in the state code field. For
example, CA for California, ON for Ontario, SP for Sao Paulo. Don't use periods
or any punctuation.
If you are in any other country: please use your country code in the state
field. You can locate your country code at
http://www.theodora.com/country_digraphs.html.
For security reasons, I do not have access to your settings page and cannot
check or verify if how you've entered your address is correct. So please double
check your settings - after you've edited and saved them - to make sure
everything is entered as instructed above. Let me know if you have any other
