Hey Lockerz Member,
Here is an update on the video issues that members are experiencing. This
mainly pertains to the Members not being able to see any videos because of
their ISP (Internet Service Provider).
We have Great News! We believe that we have talked to the right people and
fixed the video error in which a member cannot watch most/all of the videos
(and get the Black Screen). Please do the following:
1) Please clear your Cookies and Cache, then close and reopen your browser.
2) Make sure you have the most updated version of your browser, also, be aware
that Lockerz is not supported by Google Chrome. We only fully supports IE8,
Safari, and Firefox.
3) Please make sure you have the most updated flash player.
4) Try playing a couple videos. These should work!
5) If you see that you are still getting errors, please let me know.
