הודעה מFP - עזרה!

שלום!
הזמנתי סיגריה אלקטרונית מFP לפני כמה זמן ועדיין לא קיבלתי אותה, באותו יום שהזמנתי שלחתי להם הודעה אם אפשר לקבל פילטרים בלי ניקוטים עם זה. הם ענו לי שתי הודעות אבל לא הבנתי אחד מהם, תסבירו לי בבקשה!

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Our relative department confirmed that item hh075w caanot accept filters without nicotine. It helps to stop smoking. If we have not nicotine, the situation will become worse and worse.
